Commercial Water Damage Restoration in Middletown Office Bathroom

After a commercial water damage cleanup involving sewage, this Middletown bathroom in this imaging facility was left with flood cuts exposing the interior of the walls. Due to previous seepage into the subfloor, the tile needed removal and disposal. SERVPRO techs removed the tile flooring and replaced it with laminate wood floorboards for an updated look. The techs replaced the cut off sheetrock and added new insulation. The property owner took the opportunity to update the look of the walls with a new paint color and installation of new baseboards and replacement of the register.
