Cromwell Winter Woes

The damaged roof allowed a freezing rain to enter the structure in Cromwell. The ice, along with some frozen pipes, compounded the cleanup, restoration, and rebuilding services that our SERVPRO company can provide. Our skill technicians, along with our Residential Contractor License #: HIC.0652559, closed the gaping hole in the roof and proceeded to clear out the ice and all the damaged beyond repair building materials. Once we secured the house and completed the demolition, we focused on the final drying of the affected rooms and stairway. We validate the dryness with moisture measuring sensors and infrared imagery and document all the results to assist with the claim of our customer. The pictured air handler in the After Photo is completing its mission, and soon our crew can begin the reconstruction of the premises.
