Primary Role: Perform all accounting, payroll, taxes, financial reports and recordkeeping functions. Track and manage all accounts receivable and payable. Assist with administrative office tasks such as computer back-up, correspondence, job file management, phone handling and weekly reports as needed.

Results Expected: All financial activity is recorded correctly and in a timely manner. All records are kept neat and organized. All necessary information concerning finances is communicated to the office manager. Assistance is given to other members of the office staff when necessary.

Primary Role: Manage production, office, and marketing functions and all job processes according to SERVPRO procedures. Assign and coordinate duties of all staff. Manage production, office, and marketing staff. Set up and establish job flow, coordinate job requirements, and ensure that job files are complete. Resolve problems quickly as they arise. Perform sales and marketing activities. Ensure that customer needs are met on all jobs. Communicate and establish rapport with commercial, insurance and residential customers. Create a long-term vision for the company by creating long and short-term goals.  Build management team and successfully train them to be self sufficient.

Results Expected: All staff is effectively managed to maximize sales, office, and production efficiency. All job processes are performed according to guidelines. Paperwork is completed in a timely and accurate manner. Established sales and production goals are met or exceeded. Costs are maintained at established rates. Both internal and external communications are timely and effective. Customer relations are maintained and improved. Jobs are completed either meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
